  • What amenities and facilities does your workspace offer?

    Mindspace provides a range of amenities designed to improve your work experience. This includes high-speed internet, high-tech meeting rooms, fully-furnished offices with ergonomic furniture, complimentary refreshments, unlimited coffee, isolated phone booths, printing stations, and a manned reception. We also have an on-site community team, who are responsible for mail- and guest-reception. They will also be your hosts for regular happy hours, workout or yoga sessions, after-work gatherings or organizing educational workshops.

  • Do you offer private office spaces or only shared coworking areas?

    Mindspace is able to cater all diverse work preferences by offering a range of flexible options. Whether you prefer a private office space tailored to your needs or the collaborative environment of shared coworking areas, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide the ideal workspace that adapts to your needs - your team is able to up- or downsize at alle times. For those who want to combine work from home and in-office days, we also offer daypasses, daily offices and on-demand meeting rooms.

  • Are there specific working hours or is the space accessible 24/7?

    Our workspaces are accessible 24/7, allowing you the freedom to work at your convenience. Additionally, our team is available from 9 AM to 6 PM during the week to provide assistance and support when you need it.

  • Do you provide flexible membership options or plans?

    All Mindspace membership options are commitment-free and designed to be flexible, allowing you to choose the plan that suits your needs without any long-term commitments. The minimum booking period is 1 month.

  • Are there opportunities for networking and community events at your workspace?

    Absolutely! At Mindspace, we're passionate about fostering a vibrant community. Our team regularly hosts a variety of creative and engaging events tailored to bring our members together. From networking mixers to skill-sharing sessions, workshops, and themed gatherings, we're dedicated to creating an environment that goes beyond work, fostering connections and collaboration among our diverse community.

    We understand the importance of collaborating and meeting with guests. Mindspace is designed to be flexible, allowing our members to utilize the space as they need, whether it's for collaborating with guests, holding meetings, or working together on projects. Feel free to bring your guests and collaborators; our space is here to support your work needs.

  • How do I get the 30% offer?

    Our end-of-year offer is applicable for all clients that are interested in renting an office at Mindspace starting 1st January 2024. This offer for a 3 months complimentary membership ("Offer") is valid from November 15, 2023 through December 31, 2023 and is only valid for private offices of at least 2 people. The offer does not include bookings of Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces. Participants will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on the monthly membership fee for three months as part of their 3-month membership. The minimum term of the membership contract is 3 months and the contract can be terminated at the earliest at the end of these 3 months. The offer is valid for new members only and for selected private team offices with a capacity of up to 49 people subject to availability and only at the following Mindspace Berlin locations: Mindspace Friedrichstraße, Mindspace Krausenstraße, Mindspace Skalitzer Str., Mindspace Kudamm, Mindspace Zimmerstraße. The membership agreement must be signed by December 31, 2023 resulting in the latest move-in date being January 1, 2024. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions and offers. Signed Memberships prior to November 15, 2023 will not be eligible. The offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice from Mindspace Germany GmbH. The GTCs apply.
