*Private Office Mindspace Memberships are subject to the service fees, set-up fees, optional fees for selected additional services and/or other fees set forth in the Membership Agreement. 
This “Pay only 2 months, move in for 3 months” offer for a 3-months complimentary membership ("Offer") is valid from September 18, 2023 through October 31, 2023 and is only valid for dedicated desks for 1 person or private offices of at least 2 people. The offer does not include bookings of Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces.  Participants will receive a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the monthly membership fee for one of the total three months as part of their 3-month membership. The minimum term of the membership contract is 3 months and the contract can be terminated at the earliest at the end of these 3 months.
The offer is valid for new members only and for selected dedicated desks or private team offices with a capacity of up to 49 people subject to availability and only at the following three Mindspace Berlin locations: Mindspace Krausenstraße (Krausenstraße 9-10, 10117 Berlin), Mindspace Skalitzer Str. (Skalitzer Straße 104, 10997 Berlin), Mindspace Kudamm (Uhlandstraße 32, 10719 Berlin). The membership agreement must be signed by October 31, 2023 resulting in the latest move-in date being November 1, 2023. 
The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions and offers. Signed Memberships prior to September 18, 2023 will not be eligible. The offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice from Mindspace Germany GmbH. The GTCs apply.
